Guided by what matters most

The Town of Carlton, NY is excited to announce they have been selected by the Rochester Area Community Foundation and Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo to be the first community to implement the Community Heart & Soul model in Orleans County; fully funded with grant support from Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation. Nationwide, there are only 145 communities designated as a Heart & Soul Community.
