There’s something special about small-town celebrations, and this year’s Carlton Hometown Days was no exception. From the moment the festivities began, it was clear that this beloved tradition is more than just an annual event—it’s a celebration of community, connection, and shared purpose.
For the Carlton Heart & Soul, the day was filled with meaningful moments, warm conversations, and a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
A Warm Community Welcome
As the Carlton town park came alive with laughter, music, and the aroma of local favorites, our team was excited to be part of the celebration. Our booth quickly became a gathering place where neighbors, families, and visitors stopped by to learn more about the foundation’s mission and the programs we proudly support. Kids from 1 to 80 years old sat down to draw and color their visions of what they would like to see for our town.
Whether it was a quick hello, a thoughtful question, or a heartfelt story shared, every interaction reinforced the strength and generosity of this community.

Carlton Heart & Soul Foundation exists to uplift and support the people of Carlton—bringing resources, hope, and opportunities to those who need them most. Hometown Days provided the perfect opportunity to connect with both longtime supporters and new faces who were eager to learn how they could get involved.
